T.H.E. BRAIN TRUST Party in Los Angeles

The National Brain Tumor Foundation (NBTF) is sponsoring their 6th brain tumor conference called "The Power of Help, Hope & Healing" in Los Angeles March 31 - April 2, 2000. Many members of the Internet BRAINTMR LIST and the many other online lists supported by T.H.E. BRAIN TRUST are attending this conference and looking forward to meeting and getting to know other list members "in person". Our list attendees include brain tumor patients, caregivers, family, friends, and professionals.

To help make it easy to meet other list members, we have arranged a special get together for the conference attendees who participate in the BRAINTMR LIST and the special interest groups offered by T.H.E. BRAIN TRUST. The arrangements are:

Date: Friday night March 31, 2000
Time: 9:00 pm AFTER the support group meetings
Where: Century Suite C&D at LA Airport Hilton
Refreshments: Courtesy of NBTF

Activities include:

• Sharing some special stories and perhaps even a song or two from a BT survivor.

• Introductions and a few words by each of the list attendees, so we can put faces with our list email names

• Samantha Scolamiero, BRAINTMR LIST creator and founder of The Healing Exchange BRAIN TRUST, will say a few words

• Special stickers designating attendees as members of BRAINTMR or the smaller online lists will be available for name badges

We will be sharing inspiration and hope, laughs and hugs, and maybe some tears, but we will be meeting new and old friends that share our joy and our fears. So whether you're a long time list member, short time list member, or have yet to join one of our lists, you are welcome to join our March 31st get together!
